摘要:本文根据常规测斜仪的原理及采矿工程覆岩运动规律的特殊性,分析了常规测斜仪应用到采矿工程水平变形观测中的局限性。基于常规测斜仪发明了一种新型的采动覆岩水平变形观测设备-无导轮探头测斜仪,从而与常规测斜仪组成双探头测斜仪,解决了常规测斜仪观测深部岩移时出现的卡孔、废孔等问题。以姚桥煤矿7267工作面附近沉降孔为例,通过对不同钻孔用无导轮探头测斜仪所测数据进行分析,表明所测数据能较好地反应地层变化规律,数据稳定性好;通过对同一钻孔分别用常规测斜仪和无导轮探头测斜仪所测数据进行T检验和拟合分析,表明两者所测数据不存在显著性差异,水平移动曲线变化趋势吻合性好。结果表明双探头测斜仪能够适应采矿工程覆岩运动剧烈和埋藏深的条件,所测数据准确可靠,结合钻孔资料和相关地质数据能较好地反映松散层的移动变形规律。

Abstract:

Abstract: According to the principle of inclinometer and the special movement law of overburden rock under mining, the paper analyzed the limitation of conventional inclinometer applied to monitoring level displacement deformation in mining engineering. Based on conventional inclinometer, a new type of monitoring instrument- none wheel probe inclinometer was invented, which solves the problem of probe getting jammed in the hole when monitoring. Take the settlement hole around 7267 working face in Yaoqiao Coal Mine, for instance. Through analysis of the data measured by none-wheel probe inclinometer in different hole, the result shows the data is stable and could well reflect the variation law of formation; through T-test and fitting analysis of a same hole data, the result shows there is no significant difference between the data and change trend of two horizontal displacement curves is in welded joints, which ensures the reliability of the data in deep formation. The results showed that double-probe inclinometer could adapt to the condition of overburden rock, moving obviously and being deep, the data measured by which being accurate and reflecting the variation feature of formation in unconsolidated layers combing with the related geological data.
